The Ride Against Domestic Violence Foundation ABN 54 679 236 762 is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. The trust deed governing the Foundation stipulates that funds raised by the Foundation must be applied solely for the purpose of providing money, property or benefits to or for other registered charities that have Deductible Gift Recipient status, in accordance with the Public Ancillary Fund Guidelines.

The “responsible persons” who control the Foundation are the directors of the Foundation’s $2 corporate trustee, RADV Pty Ltd. The directors are Alan Tate, a chartered accountant, Meredith Hammat MLA, a Member of the Western Australian Parliament and Sam Buckeridge, company director.
